Awaken your potential
Transform Your Life
Holistic Integrated Psychotherapy empowers you to reconnect with your true self and creates a pathway to the life you have always envisioned.

Who I help
I support individuals and families on a journey of purposeful transformation, helping them enhance wellbeing, strengthen family relationships, and live life to its fullest potential.
Parents & Families
Parenting can be overwhelming, and at times, parents may feel helpless when faced with the challenges of family dynamics.
The complexities within the family often manifest in a child’s behaviour, leading to frustration and confusion. Child psychotherapy addresses these issues by involving the entire family in a process of exploration to understand the child’s internal struggles and outward behaviours.
This collaborative approach helps families recognise and make structural changes to improve how they meet each other’s needs, ultimately restoring harmony at home.
Through therapy, families can build greater self-awareness and emotional regulation, allowing children to thrive and develop in a healthier, more balanced environment.
Individuals Seeking Growth
Many individuals find themselves trapped in recurring patterns that, despite their awareness of being dysfunctional or negative, remain difficult to break.
These patterns often impact relationships and hinder personal growth, leaving people with a sense of inadequacy and a lack of control over their own lives.
An integrative holistic approach offers a comprehensive treatment that goes beyond traditional talk therapy and mental analysis.
It takes into account the complexity of an individual´s physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
This approach is trauma-informed and culturally sensitive, ensuring that each person’s unique context and pain are respected while also holding them to the belief that they are capable of living to their fullest potential.
What does Holistic Integrated Psychotherapy mean?
The word Psychotherapy originates from the ancient Greek terms psyche, meaning “soul,” and therapeia, meaning “treatment” or “healing.”
At its core, Psychotherapy refers to the healing of the soul through guided interaction and communication with a trained professional.
This process fosters self-knowledge and self-awareness, which are essential for personal growth and meaningful transformation in one’s life.

A Holistic approach views all aspects of an individual as essential and interconnected.
By integrating the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual dimensions of the self, individuals are able to experience a deeper sense of wholeness and gain greater insight into who they are.

An Integrative Approach in psychotherapy combines multiple evidence– based therapies to better attend to clients’ needs and preferences.

Yes. I offer both in-person and online sessions to provide flexibility and accessibility, depending on your preference and needs.
How do I know if therapy is right for me?
If you feel stuck in repetitive patterns, struggle in relationships, or are seeking more clarity and balance in your life, therapy can help. It’s a space for self-discovery, healing, and growth—no matter where you are on your journey.
What can I expect from the first session?
Your first session is a space to get to know each other. I’ll ask questions about your background, current challenges, and goals. Most importantly, it’s a chance for you to feel heard, supported, and safe.
Do you offer therapy for children and families?
Yes. I work with children, parents, and families to support emotional regulation, improve communication, and rebuild healthy dynamics. Family involvement is often key to creating lasting change, especially in parenting support and child therapy.
