You are on the right path
Welcome. Whether you’re looking to understand yourself, break behavioural patterns, improve relationships, heal from the past, or relieve emotional pain, I’m here to offer professional support grounded in empathy and genuine care.

Who am I?
Trust is the foundation of any therapeutic relationship, and it begins from the very first meeting.

I’m former Psychologist, registered Counsellor and EMDR Psychotherapist.

I am originally from Brazil, where my journey in Psychology began over 20 years ago.

I believe that while our beliefs shape who we are, they do not define us.

My work in trauma
has shown me the profound capacity each person holds for healing and transformation.
My deep interest in human complexity first led me to work in child psychology and early development, eventually expanding to support families through a systemic lens, grounded in psychodynamic principles.

Building connections
I view every individual as whole and inherently capable of change when supported with care, insight, and the right therapeutic approach.
My practice is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and respect. I offer a non judgmental, safe space where your experiences are honoured.

By integrating a variety of evidence-based methods, I tailor therapy to meet your unique needs and goals.
It’s a privilege to witness people reclaim their strength, and I would be honoured to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and growth.

FAQs
What is Holistic Integrated Psychotherapy?
Holistic Integrated Psychotherapy considers all aspects of who you are—emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual. It combines evidence-based approaches to support deep, lasting transformation tailored to your unique needs.
Do you offer online sessions?
Yes. I offer both in-person and online sessions to provide flexibility and accessibility, depending on your preference and needs.
How do I know if therapy is right for me?
If you feel stuck in repetitive patterns, struggle in relationships, or are seeking more clarity and balance in your life, therapy can help. It’s a space for self-discovery, healing, and growth—no matter where you are on your journey.
What can I expect from the first session?
Your first session is a space to get to know each other. I’ll ask questions about your background, current challenges, and goals. Most importantly, it’s a chance for you to feel heard, supported, and safe.
Do you offer therapy for children and families?
Yes. I work with children, parents, and families to support emotional regulation, improve communication, and rebuild healthy dynamics. Family involvement is often key to creating lasting change, especially in parenting support and child therapy.
How do I book a session?
You can book your session directly through the Book a Session page on the website. If you have any questions before booking, feel free to reach out via the contact form or email.
What is the length and cost of each session?
Sessions typically last 50 minutes. The session fee will be shared with you at the time of booking. Please get in touch if you need more information regarding pricing.
Can I book a one-off or emergency session?
Yes. If you’re going through something urgent and need immediate support, I offer emergency sessions based on availability. Please contact me directly to arrange this.
Need support?
